Optional Features

  • The enclosure can be further enhanced to be able to withstand higher wind loads or severe environments by using alternative construction materials such as marine type aluminum or 316L stainless steel.
  • Acoustical treatment depending on noise reduction requirement, which may include acoustical hoods, baffles, silencers, etc.
  • HVAC: Heating and ventilation systems inclusive of fan assembly and air-conditioning units.
  • E&I: Electrical items including lights, light switches, and receptacles. Power & instrumentation wiring, including such as pressure and temperature switches. Panels and junction boxes. Wiring instrumentation such as pressure and temperature switches.
  • Fire protection and suppression systems, including gas and flame detectors, horn and light strobes and sprinkler piping, outside/outside mounted fire suppression cabinet.
  • Packaging: Complete assembly of equipment, piping and fittings, valves, fuel tanks, and other components on a common skid base.

Service Levels

We deal with customers of varying requirements and capabilities, and we adjust our level of service to meet the exact needs. Our delivery ranges from simply manufacturing a standard building to full packaging of all equipment on a common skid.

Simple Enclosure Building

A standard enclosure building equipped with doors, louvers, hatches, penetrations, coating, and mounting brackets for customers’ equipment. If required, acoustical and thermal insulation can be provided.

HVAC

Heating and ventilation systems, including fan assembly, heaters, and air conditioning units.

Electrical & Instrumentation

Electrical items including lights, light switches, and receptacles; power & instrumentation wiring, including pressure and temperature switches; panels and junction boxes.

Fire Protection

Fire suppression systems, including gas and flame detectors, horn and light strobes and sprinkler piping, outside/outside mounted fire suppression cabinets.

Packaging

Complete assembly of equipment, piping and fittings, valves, fuel tanks, and other components on a common skid base. Typical units include generator sets, compressors, fire water pumps, fuel forwarding pumps as well as data centers, switchgears and control/operation rooms.

CAse Study

acoustical Compressor enclosure

The customer required an acoustical enclosure for an electrically driven air compressor, that required a noise level reduction of 15 dB(A) and an ability to withstand winds up to 165 MPH at 3 second gusts.

The project required a lifting skid with mounting pads per customer requirements. The installation of the equipment was performed by the customer up on delivery of the enclosure building to the production site outside of the US.
